Principle Investigator
Prof. Tang received his Ph.D. degree in Materials Physics and Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academic and Sciences under the supervision of Prof. Wenbo Bu in 2019. From 2019-2021, he was a postdoc associate in the laboratory of Prof. Omid Farokhzad and Prof. Wei Tao in the Center for Nanomedicine, Brigham and Women's Hospital at Harvard Medical School. From 2021-2023, he was a research associate in the laboratory of Prof. Weibo Cai at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prof. Tang joined Prof. Jianlin Shi's team at Tongji University in 2023 as a Full Professor in the Biomedical Engineering division at the School of Medicine.
